HPG works with both support employees and independent professional partners, depending on role and relationship. Independent professional partners are not employees of HPG. They choose their accepted availability, maintain responsibility for their own licensure and professional obligations, exercise independent professional judgment, and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, retirement, and benefit arrangements.
